The WOO Factor
Winning Over Others!

Put'er there!

"People don't want to be 'marketed TO', they want to be 'communicated WITH'".
Flint McGlaughlin

"Your ability to communicate with others, and yourself,
will determine your success."

Tony Robbins, motivational speaker & author

I agree with Tony, our ability to communicate plays an important role in our success! It starts with our ability to motivate and inspire ourselves. If you want to take any action, it starts with convincing and persuading yourself to do it. It doesn't matter if it's getting out of bed in the morning, exercising, or asking someone on a date, we have to convince ourselves first.

Once we master our self-talk, then we can move into communicating with others. In both our personal and professional contacts, want to persuade and influence others. Sales and customer service is about persuasion just as much as getting a raise is about persuasion.

Persuading ourselves is hard enough, but working with others is even harder. "If only people thought like me, everything would be great!" Right . . . well maybe not. Each of us brings our own beliefs, experiences, and feelings to each relationship and that's what complicates our interaction.

Some keys involves asking questions, listening, watching, then using the information you learn to speak to people in ways that appeal to them and make them more receptive to your message.

To learn these skills and to find out more, give me a call to schedule a seminar for your business.
